HOME SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

All purchased goods will only be delivered after full payment and customs clearance.
Freight is calculated by weight or volume weight or region, whichever is higher. Final shipping and handling charges can be calculated from the shopping cart, and shipping charges are final.
If you choose self-pickup, you can only pick up the goods at a specific time and date, you can contact the customer.
If there is stock, it will be delivered within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends) after a successful order. In the case of special requests, delivery times will be subject to availability, but euslc.com will keep customers fully informed about the status of their orders.
Shipping to FELDA area only via Poslaju. Please be vigilant and choose according to the situation. If you make a wrong selection, we may revise your shipping options and charges. All related charges shall be settled prior to any shipment.
ln order to ensure the safety of your goods, we strongly recommend that you open the goods for inspection before signing for receipt. If you find the following during inspection. Damaged: refuse to accept and complain to courier service companies (such as Poslaju, Airpark express) and euslc;
Few pieces or wrong pieces: When signing for receipt, you can specify the name and quantity of the few pieces, and complain to the courier service company (such as Poslaju, Airpark express, Lalamove) and euslc immediately after signing for transportation. Returns are not accepted unless the item has been damaged in transit. In this case, you should reject the delivery and lodge a complaint (see item 6).
If the returned product is not damaged after inspection by our relevant supplier, the shipping cost to re-deliver the item to said customer will be borne by the customer.
